Chamomile Seeds

CA$4.00
Sold Out

Available November 2023

A mix of single and double chamomile, these plants are perennials in zones 5-9. Flowers bloom twice per season on mature plants approximately 3’ tall, are both medicinal and decorative, and can be used for both purposes fresh and dried. Drink chamomile tea (just occasionally, too much is hard on the liver) to aid sleep. Infuse those flowers into a carrier oil by submerging them in a clear jar and leaving this mixture in the sun for a few days, this oil is helpful for skin ailments.

How to grow chamomile: scatter tiny seeds evenly on top of sterile soil indoors in late winter, seeds need light to germinate. Mist lightly until seedlings appear, thin as desired. Plant out after danger of frost has passed. Divide prolific plants every two years.

Approximately 300 seeds

All of our seeds are open pollinated and organically grown in Qualicum Beach, BC

I can’t describe how special this day was and how much these people mean to me. What an honour it was to be there with flowers, this family is made of love and I am endlessly grateful.
