Welcome!

Let’s start with a little bit about how we do things. All of the Flowers used are seasonal, and so we focus on fresh blooms during the growing season and greens, dried elements, and flowers grown in greenhouses on the island in the wintertime. We take on a limited number of events each season so that we can focus on intentional, thoughtful design for each project, and source local, organically grown product from both our own farm and other flower growers on the island.

Whatever we create, at the heart of our designs is a desire for connection with each other and with the land who gives us the IMMEASURABLE gift of flowers.

We know that planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and so we have tried to make this part easy by providing three options for engaged couples. Read on below to find out what we’re offering in 2023.

Custom Weddings

This our full service option. We begin with a consultation and work with you to create a beautiful personalized design for your wedding florals. Island grown flora to create airy, garden style installations and arrangements. If you’re looking for something a little different, we’ve got you covered. The Paloma team has extensive experience with unusual designs, we love hearing your ideas and translating them into something tangible!

We reserve a large portion of the flowers in the Paloma garden to the palettes and textures needed for our events that season. On top of that we are lucky enough to have access to so many talented growers on the island as well as a weekly Island Flower Growers Co-op auction.

We currently have a few open dates remaining in the 2023 season. Send us a message to find out if your date is available.

At the moment our minimum floral budget to book a custom wedding is $4500.

À la carte weddings

For the couple who wants to keep it simple, we offer a menu of options with the personal flowers that our clients ask for the most often. As with all of our arrangements, we grow or locally source all flowers used in our à la carte designs.

Couples can combine à la carte items with bulk blooms.

3.) We’ll get in touch within 24 hours and confirm that our team can accommodate your order. We’ll also chat about pick-up and delivery options, confirm your palette, and you’ll have the option to send us inspirational photos.

4.) We’ll send you an invoice which you can pay to book!

bulk blooms

Fresh cut flowers from the farm are a wonderful option for couples who want to make their own arrangements. These beauties arrive in fresh water buckets properly conditioned and cleaned, a perfect mix of focal and delicate blooms specially selected to compliment your palette and style.

Buckets are $150 each and contain 40-50 stems. Flowers can either be picked up at the farm in Qualicum Beach or delivered by the Paloma team. Please fill out the form below to inquire about reserving bulk blooms.
