My name is Reay, I grow and arrange flowers in Qualicum Beach, BC. I grew up in love with things that grow out of the ground, and didn’t dream that as an adult I’d be able spend most of my waking hours outside in the garden and creating things. It seems that flowers can bring joy or comfort to almost anyone, and when you think about it, isn’t it just so cute that humans enjoy these very delicate things so much? I feel fortunate to be able to grow flowers in sustainable way and make nice things to send out into my community.
The Paloma team is available for event and design work throughout British Columbia.
About Paloma
Paloma floral designs are created with local and seasonal blooms in mind. I believe it is possible to create beautiful, lush designs, without relying heavily on the use of products and materials which may harm our planet. Organic, seasonal blooms are sourced in an attempt to honour our local ecosystems. In addition, absolutely no floral foam is used (ever), so we find creative, low impact workarounds which help to keep our environment healthy.
