Calendula flowers are incredibly easy to grow and tend to self-sow for the following season. These versatile blooms are edible, can be enjoyed in a vase, or dried for medicinal uses.This is a mix of ivory princess and single bloom yellow/orange calendula. We pack varieties as ordered so as to guarantee that each packet has a mix of seed lines.

Direct sow 1/4” deep after last frost in spring. Thin plants to within 8-12” of one another. Deadhead to encourage branching plants up to 2.5’ tall which will produce blooms until first frost. Calendula grows best in fertile, well drained soils from full sun to part shade.

Harvest in late morning after blooms have opened, but before the heat of the day.

Approximately 100 seeds

All of our seeds are open pollinated and organically grown in Qualicum beach, BC
